关于加强安徽高校双拥工作的思考

安徽高校双拥工作成绩显著。但存在着"三化"问题,即"浅表化、碎片化、功利化",原因主要为"三不":思想认识不到位,体制机制不健全,物质保障不得力。要以习近平系列讲话精神为指导,全力提升高校双拥工作认知水平;以供给侧结构性改革为重点,大力丰富高校双拥工作的时代内容;以新媒体为重点,着力推进高校双拥工作方式手段的灵活多样;以建构多方联动机制为重点,戮力迈向高校双拥工作的常态化制度化,开创安徽高校双拥工作新局面。

The Double Support work in Anhui universities achieve a lot ty, fragment and utilitarianism. The main reasons include insufficient yet there exist the problems of superficialiideological understanding, imperfect system and mechanism, impotent material insurance. With the guideline of Xi Jinping＇ s speech spirit, sparing no effort to improve the cognitive level of the university Double Support work; enriching the epoch content with emphasis on supply-side structural reform; focusing on new media, promoting the flexiblity and diversity of the Double Support work; establishing multi-lateral cooperation mechanism, promoting the institutionalization and normalization of the Double Support work, and initiating new dimension of the Double Support work in Anhui.
