摘要
同心双管水力喷射携砂采油工艺参数设计的合理性直接影响着水力喷射泵的工作运行效率。为了解决现场应用过程中存在的动力液排量高、套管掺水量高、泵效低等生产问题,对内外管柱组合、喷嘴喉管直径等工艺参数进行了优化设计,从而有效降低了动力液排量,提高了油井泵效。应用结果表明:优化后的同心双管水力喷射携砂采油工艺技术能够很好地满足油井生产需要。
The rationality of parameters designed for double-tube hydraulic pump sand carrying oil production affects directly the work efficiency of hydraulic pump. For the scene production problems that existed in the application process, such as high power fluid displacement, casing high mixing water and low pump efficiency, the inside and outside of tube combinations, diameter of nozzle and throat, etc. the parameters of double-tube hydraulic pump sand carrying oil production were opti- mized and designed, to improve the pump efficiency, reduce the power fluid displacement and a- chieve well application effect. The application results show that concentric double-tube hydraulic pump sand carrying oil production were optimized and can meet the needs of the oil well production very well.
