Stimulating Demand for Internal Beauty to Improve College Students' Comprehensive Quality

为了提高大学生的综合素质,以人的需求层次理论为依据,通过对当代大学生有知识,但缺乏综合素质;有内在美的需求,又缺乏必要指导的矛盾环境的研究,提出了以调动内在美的需求为基础,解决在"应试"与"信息多元"成长起来的当代大学生提高综合素质的有效途径。

To improve the comprehensive qualities of college students, based on Hierarchy of Need Theory, through the study of the contradictory environment that contemporary college students are knowledgeable but short of comprehensive qualities and they have the demand for inner beauty but lack the essential guidance, based on stimulating the demand for inner beauty, the article puts for- ward the effective ways of improving comprehensive qualities of contemporary college students who have grown up in the examination-oriented environment but with diversified information.
