股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折56例临床疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的探讨股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法随机将2012-08—2015-09间收治的112例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者分成2组,各56例。AFHR组采用人工股骨头置换术,PFNA组采用PFNA内固定术。比较2组疗效。结果2组手术时间、出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AFHR组患者的下床活动时间及髋关节功能Harris评分均优于PFNA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AFHR治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,具有早期负重功能活动、明显缩短卧床时间、减少并发症发生率、关节功能恢复良好的优势。
