Teachers' Honesty Culture: Concept and Construction

教师诚信文化指教师群体所共显的对诚信的认知、态度及行为方式等,集中地表现在教师在教育教学过程中忠实地履行义务与责任,实事求是,以自身的诚信品质影响学生。教师诚信文化的研究无论是对教师专业伦理还是对学生道德发展都有着重要的意义。因此,本文基于分析的视角着重探讨何为教师诚信文化以及如何构建教师诚信文化,以期对教师伦理研究有所裨益。

Teachers＇ honesty culture refers to the cognition, atti- tude and behavior of teachers on honesty. The concentrated re- flection is that tcache＇s are faithfully fulfilling their obligations and responsibilities in the process of education and teaching, and they are realistic and influence students with their own integrity. The study of teachers＇ honesty culture is of great significance both for teachers＇ professional ethics and for students＇ moral develop- ment. Therefore, this article focuses on the concept and construc- tion of teachers＇ honesty culture based on the analysis perspec- tive, so as to benefit the research of teachers＇ ethics.
