The Theory Course for Flight Instructors during Flight Training

飞行教员在飞行院校的发展过程中起到至关重要的作用。本文以飞行教员培养的实际需要为出发点,尝试构建涵盖思想品德、理论知识、教学能力以及身心健康等内容的理论培训课程,旨在使在训教员在飞行训练的同时加强理论修养,迅速完成由飞行学员到飞行教员的角色转换。

Flight instructors play a significant role in the develop- ment of a fight college. Based on the practical needs of the flight instructors, this paper attempts to establish a theory course which covers thought and moral education, theoretical knowledge, teaching ability and physical and psychological health, in order to strengthen the instructors＇ theory study during flight training and adapt them to the role as qualified instructors rapidly.
