独立学院学生创新组织与实践创新能力培养探讨——以中国矿业大学徐海学院大学生科技创新基地为例

Exploration on Students' Innovative Organizations and Innovative Ability Cultivation in Independent Colleges: A Case Study on Xuhai College Technology Innovation Base of China University of Mining and Technology

实践创新能力培养是独立学院设置各类创新组织的目标,创新组织应与实践教学环节紧密联系,应是实践教学环节的延伸和拓展。本文以"徐海学院大学生科技创新基地"为例,首先介绍其组织机构和运行模式。接着,阐述创新组织各项活动的设置原则。最后,探讨独立学院创新组织在协助实践教学和实践创新能力培养的重要作用。

Innovative ability cultivation is the goal of innovative organizations in independent colleges. Innovative organizations should contact and expand experimental teaching. Organizational structure and running mode was firstly introduced in this paper based on the ＂Xuhai College Technology Innovation Base＂. Then, the principle of innovative activity was presented. Finally, the ef- fect of innovative activity in experimental teaching and innovative ability cultivation was discussed.
