当今社会物质条件得到极大满足的同时,人的精神需要没有获得足够重视,这样就出现了很多缺爱缺安全感的孩子。怎样教育这样的孩子,是做班主任要着重思考的问题。本文以个案为基础,探索了缺爱缺安全感的孩子的教育方法:首先要无条件接纳孩子;其次要给孩子足够多的关注、爱、信任和耐心;最后适当地联系家长,促成家校的协同教育也是行之有效的办法。

Today＇s social material conditions have been greatly satisfied, but at the same time, the spiritual needs of people have not get enough attention, so many children lack love and a sense of security. How to educate these children is an important prob- lem for head teachers. Based on specific cases, this paper ex- plores the education methods of children lacking love and a sense of security： firstly, we should accept children unconditionally; secondly, we should give more attention, love, trust and patience to children; finally, we should promote family-school collabora- tive education.
