影响大学生创业教育管理的多种因素分析

Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Management of University Students' Entrepreneurship Education

随着大学毕业生规模的不断增长,国内的就业形势严峻,大学生就业困难的问题和矛盾凸显,为了解决大学生就业的瓶颈难题,鼓励以创业带动就业,形成促进大学生创业的良好氛围和环境,借助政策之力,点燃大学生的创业激情和热情。统计数据表明,大学生的创业比例较低、成功的几率不高,显示出大学生创业之路的艰辛,也显示出大学生的创业行为受到诸多因素的限制和约束,因而,我们需要对大学生创业的影响因素进行分析,并引导大学生创业行为的良好循环,以缓解大学生就业难的困境。

With the continuous increase in the number of univer- sity graduates, domestic employment environment and situation becomes severe, highlighting the problem of university students＇ difficult employment. To solve the problem, we should encourage employment driven by entrepreneurship, establish a good atmo- sphere for university students＇ entrepreneurship with the help of policies, and also motivate university students＇ enthusiasm in en- trepreneurship. Statistical data shows that the proportion of uni- versity students＇ entrepreneurship is relatively low, and the prob- ability of successful entrepreneurship is not high, showing the hardships of university students＇ entrepreneurial road, and also reflecting that their entrepreneurship is limited and constrained by various factors. Therefore, we need to analyze the factors af- fecting university students＇ entrepreneurship and guide their en- trepreneurship, in order to alleviate the difficult employment of university students.
