生态系统视角下流动儿童权益保护的社会工作实践研究——以江苏省常州市“阳光伙伴”项目为例

Research on Social Work Practice of Protecting Migrant Children's Rights and Interests from the Perspective of Ecosystem: A Case Study on the "Sunshine Partner" Project of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province

随着我国流动儿童规模的扩大化,流动儿童的权益保护成为全社会不可回避的问题。近年来,我国政府和社会组织开展了丰富多样的服务项目,但在总结过程中发现,现有的服务总体呈现出缺乏系统性整合认知的特点。基于此,本文以生态系统理论为指导,从需求评估、实践方法、实践历程和实践效果四方面,对"阳光伙伴"项目进行回顾总结,继而从服务理念、服务取向、服务方法以及服务评估四个层面,进行流动儿童权益保护社会工作系统性服务模式的初步探索。

With the expansion of the scale of migrant children in China, the protection of their rights and interests has become an inevitable issue for the whole society. In recent years, our gov- ernment and social organizations have carried out a variety of services, but it is found that the existing services generally lack a systematic integrated cognition. Based on this, this paper reviews the ＂Sunshine Partner＂ project from the aspects of demand as- sessment, practice method, practice process and practice effect, guided by the theory of ecosystem, and then preliminarily ex- plores the systematic service modal of the social work for protect- ing migrant children＇s rights and interests from such four levels as service concept, service orientation, service method and service evaluation.
