青年教师下企业实践对职业院校专业教师成长影响研究——以护理专业为例

A Study on the Influence of Young Teachers' Enterprise Practice on the Growth of Professional Teachers in Vocational Colleges: Taking Nursing Specialty as an Example

高职护理教育是目前我国护士培养的主要模式,护理专业实践技能教学是护理专业教学的重要环节。护理专业教师临床实践经验及专业技能水平的高低,对护理专业学生的理论实践教学效果有着直接的影响。因此,加强护理专业教师临床实践的培养,有助于提升教师的专业理论知识和技能水平,同时强化教师的医德医风,在教学中引导学生掌握正确的学习方法,对提升学生的职业综合技能有很大的帮助。哈密职业技术学院自2012年以来,利用寒暑假安排护理专业专职教师到当地三级综合医院进行临床脱产实践,通过教师下企业实践对教师的教学水平及综合素质的提升取得了显著成绩。

Higher vocational nursing education is the main mode of nurse cultivation in our country. Nursing professional practice teaching is an important part of nursing specialty teaching. The clinical practice experience and professional skill level of nursing specialty teachers have a direct influence on the teaching practice of nursing students. Therefore, to strengthen the training of clinical practice of nursing teachers helps to improve the professional knowledge and skills of teachers and strengthen the their medical ethics. It also greatly helps teachers to guide students to grasp correct learning methods and enhance students＇ comprehensive professional skills. Since 2012, Hami Vocational and Technical College began to arrange nursing teachers to carry out full-time clinical practice in local third-class comprehensive hospitals during winter and summer holidays. Through teachers＇ enterprise practice, their teaching level and comprehensive quality has been improved significantly.
