初中英语教学组织形式的创新实践分析

摘要 随着我国教育深入的发展以及新进理念的提出,初中英语教学工作面临着巨大的考验,要求在完成培养学生任务之外,还要求初中英语教学工作者如何利用时间,让学生放松学习,并在愉悦的学习过程中了解、掌握更多知识。大量的教学经验总结中,人们发现,严重影响教学效果的主要关键点在于教学组织形式,而课堂教学质量的高低,与教学效果之间的关系最为密切。基于此,在现阶段我国教育形势下,如何探索出一条新型的初中英语教学组织形式,是目前初中英语教学工作者思考的重点。在初中阶段,英语这一门课程至关重要,在教学期间,需注重创新教学组织形式。本文针对此,提出了几点创新措施,比如互动教学、情境教学模式的创建、实践性探究教学等等,在良好的氛围中,让学生学习英语,对课堂教学质量的提升更为有利。 With the development of education in China and the introduction of new ideas, English teaching in junior high schools is facing a huge test, requiring the completion of the task of training students, but also requiring junior high school English teachers to let students learn at ease and master more knowledge in pleasant learning. Through a large amount of teaching experience, it is found that the main factor affecting teaching effectiveness is the organization form of teaching, while the quality of classroom teaching is the most closely related to teaching effectiveness. Based on this, at the present stage of education in China, how to explore a new organization form of English teaching in junior high schools is the focus of the current English teachers in junior high schools. English is an essential course for junior high schools, so we need to innovate the organization form of its teaching. This article puts forward some innovation measures, such as interactive teaching, situational teaching and practical teaching, etc., in order to benefit the improvement of classroom teaching quality in a good atmosphere.
