The Current Situation of College Students' Honesty and Credit in the Background of Criminal Law Management Examination and the Countermeasures

《中华人民共和国刑法修正案(九)》新增的条款不仅规定考试作弊行为本身要受到刑法处罚,还将组织作弊、帮助作弊的行为入刑。因此,考试作弊已从违规违纪上升到违法层面。在这种刑法管理考试背景下,本文就刑法管理考试出台的背景、大学生诚信考试出现问题及原因、促进大学生诚信考试的对策进行思考,为大学生自觉践行诚信考试提供指导和帮助。

The new provisions of the ＂Criminal Law Amendment （9） of the People＇s Republic of China＂ not only stipulate that the act of cheating on examinations itself is subject to criminal penalties, but also stipulate that the organization of cheating and the assistance to cheating are both subject to criminal penalties. Therefore, the examination cheating has risen from discipline violation to illegality. In the context of criminal law management examination, this article discusses the background of the introduction of criminal law management examination, the problems of college students＇ integrity in examinations and the causes, and the countermeasures to promote the integrity of college students in examinations, so as to guide and help colleges to practice integrity consciously in examinations.
