摘要
文章介绍了轻量化构架的结构设计特点,建立了构架的有限元模型,根据标准UIC 615-4对孟买地铁1号线车辆转向架构架采用ANSYS求解各工况下的应力值,对于不同的运用工况,分别进行静强度及疲劳强度分析,并对其进行了静强度与疲劳强度试验校核。
This paper presents the structure design features of lightweight bogie frame, and sets up its finite element model. Stress values under various working conditions for Mumbai Metro Line 1 vehicle bogie frame are solved, according to standard UIC 615-4. The static strength and fatigue strength are analyzed for different working conditions. The static strength and fatigue strength tests are performed to verify bogie frame strength.
