高频电刀在腹股沟疝手术中应用对切口愈合效果和愈合时间的影响 被引量:3

The influences of high frequency electric knife on incision healing effect and healing time in inguinal hernia surgery

摘要 目的探讨腹股沟疝患者行高频电刀手术治疗对切口愈合效果和愈合时间的影响。方法选取我院自2015年5月~2016年5月间收治的行高频电刀疝手术治疗的80例腹股沟疝患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法以1∶1的比例分成两组,即对照组患者40例用普通手术刀治疗,观察组患者40例采用高频电刀治疗,对比两组患者伤口愈合时间、住院时间、伤口愈合甲级愈合率及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者伤口甲级愈合率为52.5%,并发症发生率为27.5%,对照组依次为87.5%、7.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者伤口愈合时间为[(14.7±2.2)d]、住院时间为[(15.5±2.1)d]均长于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹股沟疝手术治疗中使用高频电刀能够快速止血,但组织高温后变性、碳化,导致伤口愈合效果差、愈合延迟,增加并发症发生率。 Objective To explore the influences of high frequency electric knife surgery on wound healing effect and healing time in patients with inguinal hernia. Methods 80 patients with inguinal hernia treated with high frequency electric knife hernia surgery in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table by 1 to 1 proportion. 40 cases in the control group were treated with an ordinary scalpel. 40 cases in the observation group were treated with high frequency electric knife. The healing time of wound, hospitalization time, the grade A healing rate of wound and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The grade A healing rate of incision was 52.5% and ihe complication rate was 27.5% in the observation group, and those in the control group in proper order were 87.5% and 7.5% ,The differences were statistically significant(P〈 0.05).The incision healing time[(14.7±2.2) d] and the hospitalization time[(15.5±2.1) d] in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of high-frequency electric knife in the treatment of inguinal hernia can quickly stop bleeding, but the tissue becomes degeneration, carbonation after high temperature, leading to poor wound healing effect, delayed healing and the increase of complication rate.
