微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的临床疗效

Clinical effect of minimally invasive internal fixation on the treatment of upper limb fractures

目的观察微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年8月~2016年8月住院部收治的上肢骨折患者88例,将其按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,观察组44例采用微创下内固定术治疗,对照组44例采用传统钢板内固定术治疗。观察两组患者的临床总有效率、并发症发生率、手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间以及负重时间。结果观察组上肢骨折患者的临床总有效率97.73%、并发症发生率2.27%、手术时间(93.61±29.41)min、术中出血量(289.51±11.42)mL、伤口愈合时间(11.72±2.65)周、负重时间(13.11±2.82)周,均优于对照组患者数据(P<0.05)。结论上肢骨折患者应用微创下内固定术治疗疗效显著,能有效地改善患者的临床症状,并减少并发症发生率以及术中出血量,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of upper limb fractures. Methods A total of 88 patients with upper limb fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. The observation group （n=44） was treated with minimally invasive fixation, and the control group （n=44） was treated with traditional plate internal fixation. The clinical total effective rate, the incidence of complications, the time of operation, the intraoperative blood loss, the time of wound healing and the time of weight-bearing in the two groups were observed. Resuits The clinical total effective rate of 97.73%, the complication rate of 2.27%, the operation time （93.61±29.41） min, the intraoperative blood loss （289.51±11.42） mL, the wound healing time （11.72±2.65） weeks and weight-bearing time （13.11±2.82） weeks in the observation group were better than those of the patients in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of minimally invasive internal fixation in patients with upper limb fractures is effective ,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients effectively, and reduce the incidence of complications and the amount of intraoperative blood loss. It is worthy of promotion and application.
