摘要 目的探讨对慢性肾功能衰竭患者应用前列地尔治疗的临床效果及作用机制。方法对2016年2~12月选择于我院接受治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例进行分析,根据其入院时记录的单双数记录形式均分为对照组与观察组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上予前列地尔进行治疗,观察分析两组患者前尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血液流变学指标(全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、红细胞变形指数)及24 h尿蛋白定量的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗前肾功能指标、血液流变学指标及24 h尿蛋白定量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的肾功能指标、血液流变学指标及24 h尿蛋白定量均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性肾功能衰竭患者而言,予以前列地尔进行治疗不仅有能有效改善患者的临床症状,还可以改善其肾功能、血液流变学指标及24 h尿蛋白定量水平等,从而提高患者的生存质量。 Objective To study the clinical effect and mechanism of alprostadil in treatment of chronic renal failure patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from February to December in 2016 were analyzed. All patients were divided into two groups in according to the records of single and double number recorded at admission. And the two groups were named the control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was given alprostadil on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The changes of BUN, creatinine(Scr), endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr), hemorheology indicators (whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, blood cell aggregation index, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and erythrocyte deformation index) and 24 h urinary protein quantification between the two groups in different treatment methods were observed and analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in the indexes of renal function, hemorheology and 24 h urinary protein before treatment(P〉0.05). However, the renal function indexes, hemorheology indicators and 24 h urinary protein quantification in the observation group were better than those in the control group 'after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic renal failure, treatment with alprostadil has effect in improving the clinical symptoms, and its mechanism also can improve renal function, hemorheology and 24 h urinary protein, etc., which can improve the survival quality of patients.
