互文性视阈下轨道交通公示语英译的标准化

On the Standardization of Chinese-English Translation of Rail Transit Public Signs from the Perspective of Intertextuality

京津地区轨道交通的公示语英译质量与其国际化定位严重不符,并且缺乏统一标准。采用定性与定量相结合的方法,以互文性为理论框架,参考香港地区地铁公示语的翻译标准,力图为京津轨道交通公示语英译提供统一的翻译标准,并为我国其他地区的轨道交通公示语翻译提供借鉴。

Based on an empirical study, it is found that the translation of public signs of rail transit systems in Beijing and Tianjin lacks unified standard, which will be incompatible with the international status of the region. A unified translation criterion is provided for the rail transit public signs in light of the theory of intertextuality.
