海洋强国战略背景下高校海权教育探究

Rearch on Seapower Education in Universities under the Background of Marine Power Strategy

21世纪是海洋的世纪,党的十八大首次提出建设海洋强国的战略抉择。在海洋世纪格局下,当今世界各国纷纷强势介入和争夺海洋资源与海洋空间,我国海洋权益的维护面临严峻挑战;高校海权教育是建设海洋强国战略的题中之义和基础工程,亟需强化;向海而兴、背海而衰是历史铁律,中华民族要实现从海洋大国到海洋强国的飞跃,必须多措并举,有效拓展高校海权教育。

The 21st century is the marine century. The 18th CPC National Congress first put forward the strategy of building a powerful marine country. In this marine century, all the countries over the world are trying hard to get involved in and strive for sea resources and space, so we are faced with a big challenge to maintain our sea right. The seapower education in universities is a main part and basic engineering of building a marine power, which should be reinforced then. It is a historical law to prosper when opening up the sea, and decline when blockading the sea. From a big marine country to a marine super power, China should take more measures to expand seapower education in universities effectively.
