我们不仅需要批评与自我批评,而且还必须加强和规范批评与自我批评,使其真正达到加强和规范党内政治生活、净化党内政治生态、永葆党的肌体健康之目的。新形势下加强和规范批评与自我批评应着力做到以下"五个必须":必须贯彻整风精神,必须执行监督执纪第一种形态,必须坚守和巩固两个"生活会"的主阵地主战场,必须坚持不懈克服以自由主义为代表的各种不良倾向,必须抓好整改工作。

We need not only criticism and self-riticism,but also need to strengthen and regulate criticism and selfriticism,so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening and regulating the political life of CPC,purifying the political ecosystem of CPC,and keeping the health of CPC. To strengthen and regulate criticism and self-riticism under the new situation,we need to follow the following principles of ＂five musts＂： we must implement the rectification spirit;we must implement the first form of supervision; we must hold our ground of two ＂Life Meetings＂; we must abandon the undesirable trends exemplified by liberalism; and we must take pains to do well in rectification.
