Characteristics of discourse expression of university network public opinion in new media environment

面对新媒体环境下话语权的下放与让渡,高校舆情的话语表达研究为避免高校舆情发展过程中的谣言滋生起着极为重要的作用。因此采取文献分析法以及案例分析法,对高校网络舆情的话语表达发展展开研究具有重要意义。通过研究发现,高校网络舆情发展基本符合一般舆情发展的规律,但因其表达主体与客体的指定性,在治理与引导高校舆情的过程中应当在高校内搭建舆情数据采集平台,组织专业的舆情数据分析队伍,进行针对性的管理与防控。

Facing the new environment of the decentralization and transference of discourse right in new media envi- ronment, research on the characteristics of discourse expression of university network plays a very important role in avoiding rumors in the process of the development of university public opinion. In this paper, we adopt the method of literature analysis and case analysis to carry out research on the development of discourse expression of public opin- ion in universities. The research suggests that the development of network public opinion in universities is consistent with the general development of the law of public opinion. But the specified character of its subject and object, in the process of controlling and guiding the university public opinion, the public opinion data collection platform should be set up in university, and the professional public opinion data analysis team should be organized in order to carry out targeted management, prevention and control.
