摘要
实现光纤Bragg光栅倾角传感器的静态的测试和性能分析。设计了一种量程为5°的倾角传感器标定装置,对其进行校准实验。通过对光纤光栅解调仪的中心波长差和标定装置产生的倾角值进行最小二乘法拟合,求出静态标定系数,并对倾角传感器标定装置的不同不确定度分量进行分析以求出合成不确定度。实验结果表明,光纤传感器的灵敏度为0.17343nm/(°),线性度为99.993%,重复性误差为0.0552%,标定装置的合成不确定度为8.606×10-2°。
In order to realize the static test and performance analysis of fiber Bragg grating angle sensor, a range of 5° angle sensor calibration device for calibration experiment is designed. By the method of least square fitting of the center wavelength difference and the calibration device of the fiber grating demodulation instrument, the static calibration coefficient is obtained. In order to obtain the combined uncertainty, the uncertainty of the tilt sensor calibration device is analyzed. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of optical fiber sensor is 0. 17343nm/(°), linearity is 99. 993 %, the repeatability error is 0. 0552%and the synthesis of calibration device uncertainty is 8. 606 × 10^-2 °.
