摘要
研制比能量为217.4 Wh/kg的高电压C/LiCoO_2锂离子电池,测试电池在25℃、以6.00 C倍率从4.35 V放电至3.00V的性能,优选正极面密度为2.66 mg/cm^2的电池。该电池在-32℃下的放电容量达到额定容量的83.4%;以1.00 C充电至4.35 V,4.00 C放电至3.00 V循环300次,容量保持率为91.3%;在75℃下储存2 d的压降值为0.146 V,内阻升高0.5 mΩ,且没有胀气现象出现,容量恢复率为87.7%。
High voltage C/LiCo02 Li-ion battery was developed, its specific energy was 217.4 Wh/kg. The optimal areal density of cathode was 2. 66 mg/cm^2 at 6 C discharge in 3.00 - 4. 35 V at 25℃. 83.4% of nominal capacity could be obtained at 1 C discharge at - 32℃. When charging with 1 C to 4. 35 V, discharging with 4 C to 3.00 V and cycled for 300 times, the capacity retention rate was 91.3%. In high temperature storage test, battery was held at 75℃ in 2 d and expansion didn't appear. The voltage dropped only 0. 146 V and internal resistance was risen 0. 5 mΩ. After recovery,the capacity recovery rate reached to 87. 7%.
