摘要
采用RFID射频技术,对碱性锌锰(碱锰)电池生产过程进行工艺参数采集、记录、统计、分析和集成,让每个电池产品具有信息化功能,实现碱锰电池的智能制造。提出碱锰电池智能制造的目的与意义。
Using the technique of RFID, the acquiring, recording, counting, analyzing and integrating for process parameters during alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery production were taken ,which would let each battery have the function of informationization, to achieve the intelligent manufacturing of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery. The purpose and significance of the intelligent manufacturing of alkaline Zn/ MnO2 batteries were proposed.
