2015年珠三角某市肠道寄生虫感染情况调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解珠三角某市居民主要肠道寄生虫的感染现状,为今后防治措施的制订提供基础数据。方法 2015年6—9月选择该市辖区内24个镇区中的4个镇区作为抽样调查点进行肠道寄生虫感染现状调查。记录并比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职业调查人群肠道寄生虫感染情况。计数资料采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共收集检测1 073份粪便标本,总感染率为37.37%(401/1 073),检出两种寄生虫,其中华支睾吸虫和鞭虫的感染率分别为37.37%(401/1 073)和0.19%(2/1 073)。男性感染率为41.86%(229/547),高于女性的32.70%(172/526),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、职业、文化程度各组感染率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。感染者主要分布于40~60岁组。职业分布以退休人员组最高,感染率为55.56%(40/72)。文化程度以初中组最高,感染率为46.28%(143/309)。结论珠三角某市主要肠道寄生虫病已得到有效控制,但华支睾吸虫感染率仍处于较高水平,应加强健康教育及定期驱虫工作。 Objective To understand the infection status of main intestinal parasites in a city of Pearl River delta, and provide scientific basic data for future prevention and control measures. Methods June to September 2015,four townships were selected as sampling survey, the current situation of intestinal parasites infection were researched. The intestinal parasites infection condition of different sex, age, education level, occupation were recorded and compared. Count data was processed by chi-square test, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results 1 073 stool specimens were collected to detect the ova, the total infection rate was 37.37% (401/1 073), the infection rate of clonorchis sinensis and trichuris trichiura was 37.37% (401/1 073) and 0.19% (2/1 073). The infection rate of male was 41.86%, higher than that of the female(32.70%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The infection rate of different age, education level, occupation were statistically significant(all P〈0.05). Infected persons mainly distributed in 40-60 years old group. Occupational distribution was highest in the retirees group, and the infection rate was 55.56% (40/72). The cultural degree group was the highest in the junior high school group, and the infection rate was 46.28% (143/309). Conclusion This city of Pearl River delta soil transmitted nematode disease has been effectively controlled, but of clonorchis sinensis infection rate is still in high level, should strengthen the health education and regular deforming.
