以就业为导向的高职高专人才培养模式

On the Employment-oriented Personnel Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,高职学生就业形势严峻,就业结构性矛盾十分突出。采取以就业为导向、几方合力的模式,不仅可以培养出经济发展急需的高级技能型人才,还能解决高职学生的就业难题。因此,必须多方共同努力,职业院校的教师、学生、学校自身以及用人单位应立足就业进行自我完善与提高,共同打造受市场欢迎的高职高专人才。

At present, the employment situation for higher vocational students is grim and rigorous, and the structur- al contradiction of employment is very striking. The employment-oriented mode with joint efforts can not only help cultivate senior skilled talents required by economic development, but help solve the employment problems of higher vocational students. This paper proposes that the teachers, students, colleges themselves and employers should be self-perfected and improved based on employment and jointly cultivate the higher vocational college talents popular with the market.
