基于需求导向的开放大学开展社区教育的策略

Demand-oriented Strategy of Community Education by Open University

构建终身教育体系是国家教育发展新目标,而社区教育是其中实现目标的有效路径之一,社区教育的形式和功能与国家对开放大学的定位具有高度一致性,因此将社区教育放在开放大学核心竞争力构建层面,才能找到准确的定位和方向,更加有效开展社区教育。此研究以河北省电大(开放大学)为依托,分析了社区教育在开放大学中的定位;以河北省社区教育需求为契点,探究了开放大学大力发展社区教育的策略。

Building the system of lifelong education is a new goal of educational development in China. As one of effective ways, community education is quite consistent with the position of Open University in terms of its educational form and function. Therefore, community education should be put in the core position of Open University in order to find its accurate position and direction to facilitate the development of community education. Based on Hebei Open Unviersity, this paper analyzes the position of community education in Open University, and explores strategy of Open University to develop community education based on the demand of community education in Hebei.
