后大众化阶段北京成人高等教育的困境与出路

The Predicament and Outlet of the Adult Higher Education in Beijing after Mass Higher Education

成人高等教育对加速推进我国高等教育大众化进程做出了巨大贡献,然而当今情形变化之大已不可同日而语。"后大众化"教育阶段的到来,对于身处教育资源林立强盛环境之中的北京成人高等教育提出了新的挑战。成人高等教育的外部环境日益严峻,成人高等教育内涵建设缺失,后劲不足。只有在理性看待自身的问题基础上,顺势而为,寻找发展路径和突破口,加强首都成人高等教育的内涵建设和特色凝练,才能更好地承担起服务学习型社会的继续教育功能。

Adult higher education has made great contributions to the acceleration of the process of mass higher education in China. But now a new era has come. With the era after mass higher education, adult higher education in Beijing, around which educational resources are in full bloom, is meeting new challenges. Adult higher education is serious in external environment and absent in internal building. We should be ra tionalto find the problems, take actions to find developing route and breaking points, and promote the internal building and features ofaduh higher education in Beijing, in order to shoulder the task of further education to serve for learning society.
