Research Progress on Catalysts of Syngas to Methanol Technology(Ⅱ)——Other Catalysts

甲醇是最基本的有机化工原料之一,工业规模的甲醇一般是用含有氢气、一氧化碳和二氧化碳的合成气在一定压力和温度并有催化剂存在的条件下反应的方法生产,而甲醇工业的发展,很大程度上取决于催化剂的研制成功及其性能改进,目前主要采用金属催化剂,尤其是铜基催化剂。本文对合成气制甲醇中所使用的除铜基催化剂以外的其它金属催化剂进行了综述。

Methanol, which is used in industrial scale, synthesized from syngas, comprise of hymonoxide and carbon dioxide under certain pressure, temperature and in presence of catalyst, is one ofdrogen, carbonthe most basicorganic chemical engineering raw material. The development of methanol industry is mainly depended on the successfullymanufacture of the catalyst and its improvement of performance. The main catalyst used in methanol synthesis is metal,especially Cu- based catalyst. A brief introduction of other metal catalysts used in the process of syngas convert tomethanol was given.
