摘要
聚异丁烯是由异丁烯单体经阳离子聚合而成的一类高分子,所用引发剂体系通常包含路易斯酸和与该路易斯酸形成碳阳离子配合物的有机化合物,也即配体,配体的种类及用量可显著改变引发体系的性质,从而影响聚异丁烯产品的质量。本文从聚异丁烯催化剂的国内外专利的申请量趋势、区域分布、技术发展等方面进行分析,梳理其技术发展过程,希望能为国内相关企业和研究机构就聚异丁烯催化剂的开发和改性方面提供参考。
Polyisobutylene is formed by cationic polymerization of isobutene. The initiator system typically comprisesa Lewis acid and an organic compound, i. e. the ligand, which forms a carbon cation complex with the Lewis acid, and thetype and amount of the ligand can significantly alter the nature of the initiating system, thereby affecting the performanceof the polyisobutylene product. The domestic and international applications trends, the regional distribution of patents andthe technology development of polyisobutylene catalysts were analyzed, hoping to provide references for domesticenterprises and research institutions in the R&D of polyisobutylene catalysts.
