吩噁嗪-吩噻嗪基双D染料的光伏性能研究

摘要 将N-苯基吩噁嗪单元连在吩噻嗪单元的7号位上,以噻吩为π单元,氰基乙酸为A单元,构成一种新型的D-D-π-A型染料分子PTZ-4。通过光物理和电化学性能测试,分析染料分子的光捕获能力和分子能级分布。同时,将PTZ-4染料应用到DSSC中,测试器件光伏性能。结果表明,该染料在可见光区有着较好的光捕获能力,在300~500 nm间有较大的吸收。分子的能级符合DSSC的要求,且其器件的光电转换效率为4.18%。 A type of D-D-'rr-A dye molecule PTZ-4 was synthesized by introducing N-phenyl phenoxazine unit into7-position of phenothiazine which connected with thiophene unit as "rr unit and following linked cyanoacrylic acid asacceptor. The light- harvesting, energy level and photovoltaic properties were analyzed through a joint spectral,electrochemical and photovohaic study. The result showed that this dye had strong light-harvesting in 300 -500 nm andexhibited excellent photovohaic performance with a power conversion efficiency of 4. 18%.
