摘要
采用无转子流变仪、动态热机械分析仪(DMA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了三元乙丙(EPDM)相与氯丁橡胶(CR)相的硫化速率、交联密度和相容性与共混胶力学性能和微观形貌之间的关系。结果表明:通过加入双-(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物(Si69),能够有效地增加EPDM/CR混炼胶的交联密度,减小EPDM相与CR相交联密度的差值,改善两相的共硫化性,从而提高两相的相容性,最终表现为综合力学性能得到明显的提升。
The relationship of vulcanization rate, crosslink density, compatibility of EPDM phase, CR phase withmechanical properties and morphology of blends were studied by rotorless rheometer, dynamic thermomechanical analyzer(DMA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicated that the crosslinking density of EPDM/CRvulcanizates were improved effectively and the differences of crosslinking density between EPDM and CR phases wereeffectively reduced, which improved the co-vulcanization and compatibility of two-phase through the addition of Bis--triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide (Si69). The comprehensive mechanical properties of the modified EPDM/CRvulcanizates were obviously improved.
