中美大学生领导力教育的比较研究

Comparative Research on Leading Competence Education between Chinese and American College Students

美国较早开始重视领导力教育的研究,并在大学生领导力教育研究上取得了丰硕成果,而我国近年来才开始对大学生领导力教育有所关注,因此无论是理论上还是实践上都与美国存在着较大的差距。中美两国关于大学生领导力教育的差异主要体现在领导力教育的涵义、领导力教育的发展现状和领导力教育的方法形式三个方面。

In the U.S.A., the research on leading competence education was conducted early, and scholars made rich achievements in the field. However, the education has just been focused on in recent years. Therefore, whether in theory or practice, there is a great gap compared with American research. The gap between Chinese and American education in the field lies in the following three aspects including, the connotation, development and approaches.
