摘要
随着我国服务行业的迅速发展以及从业者工作压力的增大,服务行业的从业人员进入了职业倦怠的高发时期。研究发现,社会工作者作为服务性行业的工作人员,极易产生职业倦怠。以深圳为例,社会工作者出现了个体成就感降低、情绪衰竭和人格解体等情况,表明他们出现了一定程度的职业倦怠,而且他们职业倦怠情况是由职业特性、个人因素、机构因素、政府因素和社会因素等引发的。
With rapid development of Chinese service industries as well as the related workers' stress getting heavy, many workers easily show professional burnout. Our research shows that, as workers in a service industry, social workers tend to easily show professional burnout.Taking Shenzhen as an example, many problems appeared among social workers, including low sense of individual achievements, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and so on, which shows that they show professional burnout to some extent. Their professional burnout was caused by the following elements including professional features, individuals, organizations, governments, society, and so on.
