摘要
当代中国,善的教育观是全面提高教育质量的重要一环。从恩格斯善恶观出发,教师的教学观必须遵循学生的身心发展规律,顺应时代发展的潮流。然而,我国教师的教育观念仍较为传统,不能紧跟时代潮流,师生关系处理不当,使得师生矛盾突出,也使本应是善的教育出发点产生了恶的结果。教师应在教学过程中树立善的教学观,根据时代发展的要求,调整自己的教育方案,提升自身,处理好师生关系,进而引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。
Nowadays, virtue, as the view on education, is an important link to completely improve education quality in China. Enlightened by Engels' view on virtues and vices, teachers' views on education have to follow not only the rule of students' physical and psychological development, but also the tendency of the era. However, Chinese teachers' views on education are still traditional and cannot keep pace with the era. The improperly handled teacher-student relationships cause contradictions between the two groups, leading teachers' good starting points to make bad results. Therefore, during their teaching course, teachers should, aiming at the requirements of the era, adjust their educational plans, improve themselves, and properly deal with teacher-student relationships, so as to guide students to set up correct views on the world, life, and value.
