基于区域经济发展的高职教育专业设置探讨

区域经济结构发展的不同,对于人才的需求结构必然有所差异。高职院校作为当地技术人才培养的主阵地,其专业课程设置必须主动适应区域经济发展环境,以保证当地职业教育与市场经济的协调发展。高职专业的设置与区域经济的发展规模、建设等相协调,是高职教育平稳发展的基础。但是,当前的高职教育普遍存在着理念错位、机制缺位、资源组织不力等诸多问题。为了促进高职专业的设置与区域经济的发展相协调,必须做到变革理念、坚持特色,实现共享,构建平台,实现资源资源重组以提高效率。

Various developments of regional economic structures will necessarily show various demands for talents. As the main force to cultivate local technical talents, senior vocational colleges must adapt to the development of regional economy, so as to guarantee harmonious development of local vocational education and market economy. We should realize the harmony between setting majors in senior education and the development and construction of regional economy, which is the basis for senior vocational education to develop stably.However, the current senior vocational education generally shows problems such wrong ideas, lac of mechanism, inefficient organization of resources, and so on. In order to realize harmony between setting majors in senior vocational education and the development of regional economy, we must change our ideas, adhere to our features, share our resources, establish a new platform and reorganize resources, so as to improve efficiency.
