摘要
随着风电的快速发展,风电运维的各种问题逐渐显现,大多数风电场还停留往事后维修的水平上,仅靠传统的运维很难解决问题。加强风电标准化、数字化管理,变事后维修为事前预测、监测、预防性维护,既是推动风电规范化、标准化、数字化、信息化的需要,也是推动风电可持续、健康发展,提高风电管控水平的需要。
With the development of wind energy, various problems emerges in wind farm operation and maintenance. Most of the wind farms carried out corrective maintenance, which caused severe production loss. Enhancing standard information management and turning corrective maintenance into preventive maintenance, is not only the requirement of promoting wind energy normalization, standardization, digitization and informatization, but also the premise to pushing wind energy sustainable and healthy development and raising wind energy management level.
