摘要
当前风电机组的厂家和机型繁多,机组故障码的定义各异,不利于故障的规范化和统一化诊断。为了提高不同机组故障的可识别性和诊断效率,提出了一种风电机组故障统一分类码的编码方法,能够有效反映故障发生的部位和类型。该方法具有较强的灵活性和适应性,有助于不同机组的故障统计和对标分析,具有较大的推广应用价值。
Currently the wind turbine manufacturers and models are various, the definition of the wind turbine fault code is different from each other, which is not conducive to the standardization and unification of the fault diagnosis. In order to improve the efficiency of fault identification and diagnosis of different wind turbines, this paper proposes a coding method of wind turbine fault unified classification code which can effectively reflect the location and type of the failure. This method has strong flexibility and adaptability, is helpful to fault statistics and benchmarking on the different wind turbine units and has great application value.
