As a famous historical book, ＂The Political Program in Zhenguan Times＂descripted the political gains and losses of ＂the Rosperity of Zhenguan＂ and was loved by the the rulers of later generations. As a dynasty founded by minority, the rulers of Qing dynasty attached great importance to the book. They learned experience of governing and frequently imitated its historiography method.
