抗战时期,大量高校、科研机构及文化人士内迁贵州。在这一过程中,贵州文化与中华主流文化得到直接接触、交流、融合的机会,对贵州文化发展具有深远的影响。与此同时,中华主流文化也受到极大震动和激荡,贵州文化对内迁高校、文化学者、现代文学的发展都产生了不同程度的影响,丰富和发展了中华文化,同时也显示了贵州文化的独特魅力,是贵州对中华文化发展所作出的重大贡献。

During the period of Anti-Japanese War, a large number of colleges or universities, scientific research institutions and scholars migrated from North or East China to Guizhou province. The Guizhou culture and the mainstream culture of China had the opportunity to communicate and integrate. On the one hand, it was good for the development of Guizhou province. On the other hand, the mainstream of Chinese culture had also been influenced by Guizhou culture. The colleges or universities, cultural scholars and modern Chinese literature had got some influence from Guizhou culture. It means that Guizhou culture has its own value and could enrich and develop the Chinese culture.
