不同海拔高度对老山芹营养成分及形态的影响 被引量:20

摘要 为探究老山芹营养成分、形态指标与海拔关系,以生长在黑龙江省老爷岭山脉不同海拔高度的采食期老山芹为试验材料,常规方法测定老山芹营养成分含量和形态指标,分析海拔与营养成分、形态指标间相关性。结果表明,老山芹在黑龙江省老爷岭山脉海拔50~640 m区域内均有分布,海拔影响老山芹形态以及营养成分。多糖(P<0.01)、脂肪(P<0.05)、可溶性糖(P<0.05)等与海拔高度呈正相关;可溶性蛋白(P<0.01)、黄酮(P<0.05)与海拔高度呈负相关;香豆素类化合物含量与海拔存在相关性,50~400 m内呈极显著正相关,400~640 m范围内呈负相关,但相关性不显著;粗纤维和皂苷含量与海拔之间相关性不显著;形态指标中株高、茎粗、叶柄长、叶形指数与海拔高度均呈极显著负相关,说明随着海拔升高,老山芹株型呈矮化趋势。 In order to research the relation between ndexes of Heraclenm dissectum Ledeb. and altitude, the content of nutrientsubstance, character feeding period of Heraclenm dissecturn Ledeb. from Laoyeling mountain in Heilongjiang Province at different altitudes were used as the test material. The nutrient content and morphological indexes of celery were determined by conventional method, the relationship between altitude and content of nutrientsubstance, character index were analyzed. The results showed that Heraclenm dissectum Ledeb. was distributed in the range of 50-140 m above sea level in Laoyingling Mountain of Heilongjiang Province. The altitude had the effect on the content of nutrientsubstance and character indexes of Heraclenm dissectum Ledeb.. The polysaccharide(P〈0.01), fat (P〈0.05) and soluble sugar (P〈0.05) were positively correlated with altitude; Soluble protein (P〈0.01), flavonoid (P〈0.05) were negatively correlated with altitude. There was a significant positive correlation between coumarin compounds content and altitude in the range of 50-400 m, negative correlation in the range of 400-640 m, but the correlation was not significant. The correlation between the crude fiber, the saponin content and altitude was not significant. The plant height, stem diameter, petiole length, leaf shape index and altitude were significantly negative correlation, indicated that with the increase of altitude, Heraclenm dissectum Ledeb. plant type showed a trend of dwarfing.
