肠胃舒胶囊在幽门螺杆菌相关胃溃疡治疗中的应用

Application of Changweishu capsule in the treatment of gastric ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori

目的探讨肠胃舒胶囊联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关胃溃疡的效果。方法收集并随访郑州大学第一附属医院2012—2014年因消化道症状经胃镜检查确诊胃溃疡并伴Hp感染的患者共382例,随机分为3组,其中肠胃舒组127例,铋剂组127例及标准三联组128例。标准三联组:奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素;肠胃舒组:标准三联组方案加肠胃舒胶囊;铋剂组:标准三联组方案加枸橼酸铋钾,治疗后所有患者均接受13C-尿素呼气试验检测Hp及胃镜检查。结果肠胃舒组、铋剂组、标准三联组的Hp根除率分别为78.0%(99/127)、86.6%(110/127)、60.9%(78/128);溃疡愈合率分别为73.3%(93/127)、80.3%(102/127)、60.9%(78/128)。肠胃舒组Hp根除率和溃疡愈合率与铋剂组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);肠胃舒组Hp根除率和溃疡愈合率明显高于标准三联组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠胃舒胶囊联合三联疗法治疗Hp感染及胃溃疡疗效明显高于标准三联疗法,与含铋四联疗法相近。

Objective To explore the clinieal effieacy of Changweishu capsule eombined with triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer associated with Helicobacter priori （Hp）. Methods A total of 382 patients diagnosed as gastric ulcer assoeiated with Hp were recruited and followed from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2012 to 2014. The patients was divided into three group： Changweishu group （127 patients）, bismuth -containing group （127 patients） and standard triple group （128 patients）. Standard triple group： omeprazol, oxicillin and elarithmmyein. Changweishu group： Changweishu capsule and standard triple therapy. Bismuth - containing group ： bismuth ＋ standard triple therapy. After treatment, all patients received ^13 C - urea breath test to detect Hp and gastroseopy. Results The eradication rates of Hp in Changweishu group, bismuth - con- taining group and standard triple group were as follows： 78. 0% （99/127）, 86. 6% （110/127 ）, 60. 9% （78/128）. The healing rates of gastric uleer were as follows： 73.3% （93/127）, 80. 3% （102/127）, 60. 9% （78/128）. There was no statistical differ- ence in the eradication rates of Hp and the healing rates of gastric ulcer between Changweishu group and bismuth - containing group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The eradication rates of Hp and the healing rates of gastric ulcer of changweishu group were higher than stand- ard triple group, and the differenees were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of Changweishu eapsule and standard triple therapy in the treatment of Hp patients is similar to bismuth and standard triple therapy and superior to stand- ard triple therapy.
