摘要
以昌黎产区8个砧木(101-14、110R、188-08、3309C、5BB、5C、SO4、贝达)分别与‘小味多’的嫁接苗及‘小味多’自根苗为试验材料,研究其对‘小味多’葡萄生长、结果和果实品质的影响。结果表明,以101-14、3309C为砧木的‘小味多’主干粗度显著小于其自根苗,其余6种砧木嫁接的‘小味多’主干粗度与自根苗无显著差异;以8种砧木嫁接的‘小味多’主梢粗度与自根苗无显著差异。以101-14、5C为砧木的‘小味多’果实总糖含量与自根苗无显著差异,其余6种砧木嫁接的‘小味多’果实总糖含量均显著低于自根苗;8种砧木嫁接的‘小味多’果实总酸含量与自根苗之间无显著差异。‘小味多’自根苗果皮中的总酚、单宁和总花色素含量均高于8种嫁接组合,其中以101-14、110R、3309C为砧木的‘小味多’果皮多酚含量、以101-14、5BB为砧木的‘小味多’果皮单宁含量、以101-14、3309C、5BB为砧木的‘小味多’果皮花青素含量均与自根苗无显著差异。以SO4、贝达为砧木的‘小味多’单株产量显著高于自根苗。
The Vitis vinifera cv. Petit Verdot (V) was grafted onto eight rootstocks in Changli, Hebei Province,to study the influences of the stocks on the growth, fruiting and fruit quality of V under the local conditions. The 8 stocks included 101-14, ll0R, 188-08,3309C, 5BB, 5C, SO4, and Beta. Scion rooted vines were used as the control. The results showed that compared with the control, the stem diameter of the main vines from the stocks 101-14,3309C decreased. The left 6 stocks showed no difference in stem diameter with the control. No difference in fruit acid content among 101-14,5C and the control,while for other 6 ro- otstocks,they were lower than that of the control. The contents of phenols,anthocyanins, tannins in grape skins of the control were higher than those from 8 stocks,in which the differences were not significant a- mong the control and some stocks tested.
