摘要
基于交流电场下的电渗效应,研究了一种新型交流电场驱动微混合器,使用有限元方法建立混合器多物理场耦合数值模型,通过计算分析了待混合流体附加交流电场时的混合效率。定性地阐述了混合机理,并通过分析仿真结果发现,经过外加电场的流体混合效率有了很大的提高,得到了良好的混合效果。
The analysis model is targeted at the micro-mixer based on electroosmotic driving for theoretical model. The finite element model of the micro-mixer is built by using the finite element method, and the coupled-field simulation analysis is accomplished, the efficiency of mixing is simu- lated and analyzed under AC field. It expound the mixing mechanism qualitatively, and the results showed that the efficiency of mixing rose up with AC field applied on microfluidic mixer, and the mixing characteristics of the micro-mixer tend to accomplish better performance.
