通过分析传统产业体系的弊端和构建现代产业体系的必要性,提出了提高天然橡胶产业竞争力的对策,即调整优化产业结构,建立天然橡胶现代产业体系,努力提高劳动生产率,提高经济效益,建立保障机制,提升产业竞争力,使天然橡胶产业逐步走出困境,并获得较好的可持续发展。
