高校图书馆期刊资源需求分析

Demand for Periodical Resources in University Library

为了解读者对图书馆期刊资源及服务方式的需求,根据对海南大学图书馆期刊阅览室期刊资源利用及读者满意度问卷调查结果,从读者获取文献信息的主要目的、读者对期刊资源的类型需求、读者对期刊资源的服务环境需求等方面进行分析。结果表明:海南大学图书馆在期刊资源及服务上存在问题,并根据读者对图书馆期刊资源及服务环境的建议和意见,提出进一步提高海南大学图书馆现刊阅览室期刊资源利用率和提高服务水平的措施。

To understand the demand of the readers for periodical resource and service of the library, according to the survey results on periodical resources utilization and reader satisfaction of periodical read- ing room in Hainan University, three aspects, such as the main purpose of obtaining the literature information, the demand for the types of periodical resources, and the demand for service environment, were analyzed, some problems about periodical resources and services was found in our library. According to the suggestions and opinions of readers, we put forward some measures to further improve the utilization efficiency of periodical resources and the level of services.
