城轨交通海底隧道施工方案及造价指标分析

摘要 在地下交通工程和海底隧道工程建设中,一般采用矿山法和泥水平衡盾构法施工,此文以青岛地铁8号线5.4 km海底隧道施工为例,对提出的单洞双线、双洞单线、双洞单线标准断面+中间风道兼疏散通道3个设计方案,是采用矿山法施工,还是采用泥水平衡盾构法施工进行比较和工程造价的分析,通过比较和分析,提出采用双洞单线标准断面+中间风道兼疏散通道方案。针对实际水文地质情况,3.8 km的Ⅲ级围岩地段推荐采用矿山法施工;1.6 km的Ⅴ级围岩地段推荐采用泥水平衡盾构法施工。 The mining method and slurry balance shield method are usually used for the construction of underground traffic engineering and subsea tunnel engineering. Taking the construction of 5.4 km subsea tunnel of Qingdao Metro Line 8 as as an example, three design schemes of single hole double line, double hole single line, double hole single line standard section and middle air duct and evacuation passage are presented, and the construction scheme selection and cost of mining method and slurry balance shield method are analyzed in this paper. The design scheme of double hole single line and middle air duct and evacuation passage is put forward based on the comparison and analysis. In view of the actual hydrogeological conditions, the construction of 3.8 km 111 grade surrounding rock is recommended by the mine construction method, the construction of slurry balance shield method is recommended for the 1.6 km V grade surrounding rock.
