江西省独立学院学生学业倦怠及其心理干预研究 被引量:2

Research on the Academic Burnout of Independent College Students in Jiangxi Province and Its Intervention

摘要 本研究采用整群随机抽样法,运用《大学生学习倦怠问卷》和《大学生学习倦怠成因问卷》对江西南昌5所独立院校1368名学生进行了独立学院学生学业倦怠现状及成因状态的调查;在此基础上,对41名学业倦怠学生进行了认知行为团体辅导,最终得到的结论如下:(1)独立学院学生存在较为严重的学习倦怠现象;(2)男生的学习倦怠和情绪低落水平要显著高于女生;(3)农村学生的学业情绪积极性要高于城镇学生;(4)自身倦因、专业倦因和学业压力倦因能有效预测倦怠总分;自身倦因、专业倦因、自我效能倦因、学业压力倦因和社会倦因能显著预测情绪低落;自身倦因和专业倦因能显著预测行为不当;(5)采用认知行为团体辅导法干预后,干预组的学业倦怠现象有所减轻。 This research, based on the survey of 1368 college students from 5 independent colleges, studies the status quo and causes of college students' academic burnout by using cluster random sampling method of College Students' Learning Burnout Questionnaire and the Cause Questionnaire of College Students' Learning Burnout. On the basis, 41 students with academic burnout symptoms accept the cognitive-behavioral group guidance. The results are as follows: (1)a phenomenon of serious learning burnout emerges among independent college students; (2)the male students' levels of learning burnout and black mood are significantly higher than that of the female students; (3)the country students show higher degrees of academic emotions than that of the urban students; (4)personal causes, professional causes and academic pressure causes can predict academic burnout degree validly. The personal causes, professional causes, self-efficacy causes, academic pressure causes, and social causes can predict black mood validly. And the personal causes and professional causes can predict improper learning acts; (5)the experimental group shows less degree of learning burnout after the cognitive-behavioral group intervention.
