在全球化的国际背景下,日本教育受到了大众化的冲击,并且其对于促进国家经济的发展存在着合法性的危机,教育本身也存在着合法性的危机,这些都促进了日本教育的改革,从实际的情况来看,日本教育的改革有两条进路,分别为自下而上的改革进路和自上而下的改革进路。本文首先分析了全球化背景下日本教育改革的必要性,然后分别介绍了自上而下的教育改革进路和自下而上的教育改革进路。

In the international background of globalization, the Japanese education has been a popular impact, and to promote the development of the national economy there is a crisis of legitimacy, the education itself exists the crisis of legitimacy, which promote the reform of Japanese education, from the actual situation, there are two approaches to education reform in Japan the reform, respectively, bottom - up and top - down reform.
