摘要
1+1+1人才培养模式的理论与实践交叉教学的特点,更加需要就业指导工作提前谋划与合力保障。文章从模块化布局就业指导工作、专业化培养就业指导队伍、精细化构建就业指导服务平台、全局化完善就业指导保障机制四个方面,对就业指导工作进行探究。
1 +1 + 1 talents training mode of the theory and practice of cross education to employment guidance work needs more advance planning and force protection. From the modular layout of the employment guidance work, this paper explores the em- ployment guidance work from four aspects of the professional training employment guidance team, fine construction employment guidance service platform, global improvement of employment and guidance mechanism.
